LOVED:- Very detailed walk-through to every part of the game. BUT this also leads to some problems which I'll get into later.- Great maps that show chests and locations of NPCs/quest items/vending machines.- Art section in back has some great pictures of the game, including some shots from each DLC.- Complete index of every item and character in the game. It does a great job of letting you know what to expect when you take on bosses and enemies. The gun "guide" can be a bit overwhelming but since the weapon system randomly creates items. But it is fun to read about how each word in the name changes the stats.- Breakdown of each character and their skill trees.- Each DLC has it's own breakdown and it will let you know where each collectible is and the best way to grind for certain achievements.- Great quest checklist at back. This helps for keeping track of "finished all quests in..." achievements.- The layout and screenshots are amazing! Really put together and each section shows off the great art style of the game.DISLIKED:- Length of art section for DLC. About 4-5 pages per... guide is already thick as is so i can see why the art section isn't as detailed as I had hoped.- No fold out map of entire game world. While there are maps in the guide. I would've loved to have a fold out for quick reference.HATED:- NO quest tree! I was already a few hours into my game when I picked this guide up... I had just reach New Haven and turned to that part of the guide. While it was helpful in telling me which way to go for quests. It failed to mention that "Not without my claptrap" was actually part of a longer quest tree. So when I got to the area to save him... I couldn't do anything since I wasn't on that part of the quest yet. I went back to the guide and could not find where the previous quest started. Eventually dug through the thing to find out.- Walk-through is very rigid. You either stick to their plan or face being confused as I was. I tended to do quests at random and the guide was built as a by the numbers path. Once I got back on their path, things went smoothly.Bottom line, this guide is freaking amazing. So detailed and just loved the art style. The two negatives I found weren't enough to make me regret my purchase. The cover art is so great that I made it part of my display area of my bookcase. Definitely worth getting if you are just getting into the DLC or bought the GOTY edition. Buy now before it is out of print... I made that mistake with the Fallout 3 GOTY Guide.

This guide is a very nice quality hardcover, which makes it much easier to use than the softcover guides -when you open it to the section you want it stays open on it's own and the pages don't flip. It's printed on very nice heavy weight paper with a nice finish, it reminds me of some of the art books I own.Every bit of information you could possibly want on the base game and the four addons is provided, including the location of every chest and how to get to it, strategies for every boss as well as every other enemy type in the game. Every main story quest as well as all of the side quests are highlighted in excellent detail, along with the best order to do them in with a minimum of unneeded travel or backtracking.If you want the best guide available for the game after buying the addons or if you buy the game of the year version of Borderlands and want to know everything about the game, this book is for you. It also includes a nice art section detailing the evolution of the characters, enemies and weapons you'll encounter through the game, with excellent quality illustrations.

I would that this strategy guide is pretty thick and it has a lot of pages. It definity gives you a lot of information and it even goes into detail about the game and everything you need to know about the game.

I received this book in a resonable amount of time, it was used but it hardly shows, and all the pages seem well intact. Good book, a little spendy, but it did come out a while ago and the copies are limited so this purchase was worth the money.

I really like how this guide provides so much info about this game. Everything you will need to know including maps, chest locations, foe information and much much more! :-)

Beautiful artwork and wonderful humor. A great in deapth look into the game that introduced us to the Borderlands series.

If you only read one book in the next year and you care even just an iota about your health, you MUST READ THIS BOOK. After I researched the background of the author, there is no question in my mind that he IS NOT a charlatan, he IS very knowledgeable. I have always known that minimization of toxicity is a very important aspect of a healthy lifestyle. What I did not know is how pervasive toxicity is in so many things that affects our body. In some ways it is a bit scary to know that we are bombarded with chemicals that are carcinogenic, causes so many disfunctions in so many of our organs and systems, yet he provides a solution that does not leave you on the edge of desperation. It is akin to someone notifying you how and when a burglar is coming to rob your house; would you not want to know? Or would you rather say, if I don't know about it then I will not worry.

I purchased this book in preparation for a heavy metal detoxing and it has helped a lot it's quite informative I will be removing my amalgam filling's I needed a pre-detox & post detox & this book along with other research I have done will be very invaluable!!!
