AMAZING!!!! Another great add to this rock series. We pick up right where we left off, recording in Miami and the temptation has hit its limit with a fierce intensity. Halo and Viper's "band mates with benefits" plan sounds like the perfect solution...at first. Sinful and wicked lust keep these two locked together with hot sexy scenes that you can't help but want to devour. But that chemistry and burning desire starts to run deeper then they realize. Things are shifting, changing for these two. It's becoming real and they want to get to know each other outside of the bedroom; hanging out becomes dating and old fears begin to surface. With each passing day that Fallen Angel begins to rise in music world Viper is counting down the days he has left with Halo. Halo is coming to the realization that he is indeed famous, the new rules of how he lives his life are overwhelming and eye opening for him. The mix of attraction/relationship vs. dealing with the spotlight that comes with it adds a unique touch here that dragged me in. The band is growing closer too and united, working together to make this new band/album something fresh and inspiring. All the behind the scenes moments with recording, photo shoots and interviews only enhance this series more. Of course there's twist and turns that have you guessing what could happen next, add in side characters like Imogen and Wendy and you want to know more. And OMFG THE ENDING!!!! I can't wait for the next. I voluntarily reviewed an 'Advance Author’s Copy' of this book.
Holy fcking hotness, Batman!I'll tell ya, just when I thought it couldn't get any sexier or hotter than HALO, this happened and man was I wrong!This was fcking scorching. At every turn, nonstop and unapologetically. Hot AF and then some. And some more...It was also fun and sweet but it was just so hot and intense that that's all I can recall right now...All that raw, feral, just pure animalistic, all consuming intensity which sent everything else up in flames and down to ashes 🔥Perfect.I'll keep reading 📖
I admit it, I was a little worried that this book would end on a crazy cliffhanger that would have me biting my nails for another month until the third book is released, but I was pleasantly surprised. We see Viper's vulnerable, emotional side, and this was so well done that I was a little nervous that Halo would inadvertently break his heart. There is some push/pull, but it makes perfect sense as these two figure out what kind of relationship they're both invested in. I can't wait to read the third book to see how everything unfolds.
This one was when the rubber met the road. You meet David and understand why he hides behind the Viper persona. You watch Halo come to terms with an attraction he’s never experienced and also become a true member of an established band.The character development is outstanding and the hotness hotter. The ending was the sweetest thing. I can’t wait for the finale and have an idea for the cover (photo shoot chapter 14).
Once again, these authors bring such believable characters alive. I devoured this book. Goes on my favorites shelf. Can't wait for the next one.
They keep drawing us in!! Brooke and Ella have created a world that is simply amazing. Can't wait for April 25! Viper and Halo are hot!!

I just finished Viper and I can not stop saying, Oh-My-God. Oh-My-God,Oh-My-God. Oh-My-God,Oh-My-God. Oh-My-God,Oh-My-God. Oh-My-God,Oh-My-God. Oh-My-God!!!!!!!I screamed so much my husband came into the room!! This book is EVERYTHING! If you think you know Viper, you know NOTHING. This man has so many layers to him. He runs deeper then he let's on. I saw glipses of the real Viper, while reading Halo. I saw behind his Rock God persona. When Viper let's his walls down and acts from his heart, it is a BEAUTIFUL SITE. There were so many moments where he took my breath away. In this book, we learned about his past and what made him into the man he is today. We all know who Viper is, now we meet David...... Ella and Brooke are masters at getting their readers addicted! They tantalize all of our senses!From the minute I started Viper, it consumed me. Be prepared to feel it all. Halo and Viper slowly wrapped themselves around my heart and now they are permanently embedded there! I am obsessed and borderline stalker in love with them. The scorching hot chemistry we felt between them in book 1, only intensified in book 2, but with it came some shocking emotional revelations, neither guy wanted to face... They had my heart thumping and butterflies swarming in my belly!! I loved watching them stumble through their supposed "no commitment relationship." hummm I think Viper protests his feelings too much.Sweet, sweet Halo his heart is so pure and open. His vulnerability and modesty made me want to eat him up. Halo is a deadly combination of goodness and fire! How could Viper resist?? This angel sure knows how to tempt and maybe even tame the devil.He is definitely a FALLEN ANGEL IN MORE WAYS THEN ONE. Viper might be an alpha male but Halo is no pushover. He knows what he wants and what he willing to put up with. Watch out the angel has a bite! I loved how he came into his own and truly became part of the band.Speaking of the band, I must give them accolades.... I love all the guys. Slade, Killian and Jagger brought the fun. They had me cracking up, but I also felt the trust and love between them.Book 3 Angel can not come fast enough. How will the all handle their exploding fame?
